Please be advised that the data administrator is Firma Handlowo Usługowa CERTEX Jadwiga Świątalska, REGON 351564162. The personal data administrator and entities processing data on its behalf, in accordance with applicable law, provide appropriate data protection measures.

Personal data is processed in order to book accommodation and provide hotel services.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the service.

Data collected for the purposes of providing hotel services will be processed for the period specified in the law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until its withdrawal.

You have the right to access the content of the data, correct them, the right to withdraw your consent at a voluntarily request to limit their processing, delete and the right to be forgotten. In addition, the right to transfer data, and the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by the hotel.

Your data may be made available or transferred to the following categories of recipients:

• Transport and taxi companies in the case of ordering transport or courier for the guest;
• Companies providing accounting services;
• Companies providing legal services;

If you find that your personal data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) / President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO).

By signing the Guest Card, the Guest accepts the hotel regulations. The regulations are available at the reception and in each room. I authorize Hotel Centrum**** to charge my credit card for hotel services used and not paid at the time of departure.

Smoking is not allowed in the room. We charge a fee of PLN 500 for breaking the ban.

I consent to the sending by e-mail of marketing information about the latest campaigns and promotions organized by/at Hotel Centrum Business**** in Krakow.

A guest who knowingly conceals the circumstances of the Covid 19 virus disease may be liable under Art. 161 pairs 2 of the Penal Code or in the case of being quarantined or concealing the knowledge that it poses an increased epidemiological risk - under Article 165 of the Penal Code - for causing danger to the life or health of many people or for property in large s by causing an epidemiological threat or spreading the disease infectious.
